Terms of Service

Impact provides digital SaaS access and digital goods. Delivery is complete once access is made available through your account, dashboard, email, download link, or Stripe confirmation, even if you never log in, download materials, or finish setup.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Your invoice, receipt, and Stripe subscription record control the plan name, price, billing cycle, renewal date, taxes, and payment status. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel, and your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. Keep your payment method valid; if a charge fails, we may retry it, suspend access, downgrade your account, or terminate the subscription.

You can cancel any time from your account, the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing Info@ImpactCareer.org. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund past payments, and your access stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges.

All sales are final. Once payment is completed and access is granted, purchases of subscriptions, credits, digital goods, and AI outputs are non-refundable, except where required by law. Full rules, including how to raise a special circumstance, are in our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout, including taxes and recurring charges. If you dispute a valid charge with your bank, we may suspend your account while the dispute is reviewed, and we reserve the right to submit evidence of your checkout acceptance, invoices, product access, and usage history. False or abusive disputes violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of everything you upload, including resumes, job descriptions, and interview answers. You give Impact permission to store, process, analyze, and display that content only to provide, improve, secure, and support the service, and you confirm you have the right to share what you submit. Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content.

AI outputs such as resume suggestions, interview feedback, scores, and plans can contain errors. Review everything before you rely on it. Impact does not guarantee accuracy, interviews, offers, or any career outcome.

Impact owns the website, software, design, branding, prompts, workflows, templates, reports, and all related intellectual property. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Impact for personal or internal use. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

You agree not to: share or resell access; copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the product; scrape or extract data; use Impact to build a competing product; abuse credits, trials, coupons, or billing systems; use stolen cards or false billing details; upload malicious code; attack, overload, or disrupt the service; violate another person's rights; or use Impact for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, submit fraudulent disputes, or create risk for Impact, its users, or its providers.

Impact helps you prepare. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, salary increases, recruiter responses, or any specific outcome, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Impact is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or career outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Impact in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its last updated date, and continued use of Impact means you accept it.
